Monthly care
Launch is the start. The monthly plan covers hosting, the changes you send us and a monthly check for anything out of date.
Email us what needs to change, in plain words. We make the change, you approve any new wording, and it’s live within two business days.
We review every page each month for stale dates, broken links and outdated details, and fix what we find.
For public companies, SEC filings are listed from EDGAR automatically. Everything else follows the sources and approvals we agree at setup.
Hosting on Cloudflare with HTTPS. Every version of your site is kept, so any change can be undone.
Most visitors arrive on a phone, so we design for phones first and keep pages light.

Rather not pay upfront? Spread the build over the first year: $450 a month for a company site ($5,400 over 12 months, $100 more than paying the build upfront) or $650 a month for an investor site ($7,800, $300 more). From month 13 it’s the regular monthly fee, and you can cancel with 30 days’ notice. Anything beyond the pages above is quoted before work starts.

You do. The domain stays registered in your name. If you ever leave, we hand over the complete site files and help you move it.
Anything on pages we’ve already built: new text, photos, hours, prices, team members, a news post or a press release. A whole new section or a redesign gets a price from us first, and nothing is billed until you agree to it.
No. We start from your current site, your filings and anything you send, and write the pages for you to approve.
The price drops to the regular monthly fee, $200 for a company site or $300 for an investor site, and you can cancel with 30 days’ notice.
You can, and for some businesses that’s the right call. What you pay us for is the upkeep: changes made within two business days and a monthly check, so the site doesn’t fall behind your business.
You keep everything. Your site is a set of plain files kept in a code repository with its full history, and we hand it to you or your next designer. Any web host can serve it, and the domain stays in your name.
No. We only change the records that point your website to its new host and leave your email settings exactly as they are.

Nothing we write goes live without your sign-off.
